According to the spirit of the Ministry of Publicity and the Ministry of Education and other six ministries and commissions, “2015-2019 Philosophy and Social Science Teaching and Research Backbone Training Work Plan" (Zhongxuanfa [2014] No. 33) and the implementation plan of the 2019 training program, Professor Xiao Bing of our law school selected by the Party Committee of Southeast University, participated in and successfully completed the learning tasks of the 86th seminar held at the Central Party School (National School of Administration) from February to March this year.

    The training consisted of two phases: one was the concentrated study and discussion at the Central Party School (National School of Administration), focusing on Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics; the other was the field trip and experience of the Jinggangshan Cadre College in China. The focus was to learn the spirit of Jinggangshan struggle and strengthen the revolutionary belief and ideal education.

    During the study period, Professor Xiao Bing made two keynote speeches in the group discussion on the topics of “enhancing the sense of suffering, preventing the resolution of major risks” and “adapting to the characteristics of university education and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education”. A research paper was submitted “Research and study of the rules for resolving major legal risks of trade disputes - taking the WTO dispute case DS516 as an example”.
