At 10:00 am on April 19, 2019, the first faculty meeting of the administrative leadership of the law school was held in the mock court. The members of the school administrative leadership team change committee that attended the meeting included: Ding Hui, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Southeast University, chief accountant, group leader of the school administrative leadership team change committee, Lu Ling, member of the organization department of the school party committee, member of the fourth group of theschool administrative leadership team change committee, and Yuan Yuchang, Secretary of the Supervision Office of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, member of the fourth group of the school change committee. All members of the party and government leadership team, the party branch secretary, the director of the academic committee, the director of the academic committee, the director of the education committee, the secretary of the labor union, the representatives of the democratic parties, the representatives of teachers, and all the comrades of the college organs attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mao Huixi, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Law.

There were seven agendas for this meeting: 1. Introduction of the members of the school administrative leadership team change committee; 2. Lecture of the team leader; 3. Report of Dean's representative team memberson debriefing; 4. Comprehensive evaluation for faculty and staff to the current leadership; 5. Recommendation for new administrative leadership team; 6. Announcement of the list and location of the personnel recommended for the interview and research; 7. Announcement of the end of the conference.

First of all, Secretary Mao Huixi introduced the background of this change meeting and the members of the school administrative leadership team change committee. At the same time, Secretary Mao highly summarized the rapid development of our law school in the past five years. He hoped that all faculty and staff should focus on the overall situation and unite to select the new pragmatic and practical administrative leadership team of the law school.

Then, Ding Hui Chief Accountant briefed the faculty and staff of the law school on the basic conditions for the appointment of the administrative leadership team, emphasized the importance of this administrative leadership change and detailed the relevant disciplinary requirements and precautions for this change. He pointed out that the change should adhere to Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 19th Central Committee, adhere to the administrative leadership of the school party committee, and closely combine the school's double first-class construction goals. He pointed out that all members should further emancipate the mind and select the team of high-quality leading cadres who were determined to resolutely safeguard the authority of the party's central government, were firm, honest, clean, political, courageous, and conscientious. Then, Chief Accountant Ding gave specific explanations on the requirements of the age, academic qualifications, professional title, gender, political appearance and other conditions. He hoped to unify the thoughts of the change work into the overall situation of school development and encourageall faculty and staff to actively participate in the change of the administrative leadership team, to supervise and make recommendations, and to form a working atmosphere of calmness and integrity.

Subsequently, Dean Liu Yanhong, on behalf of the members of the current administrative leadership team, made a report on the duty and anti-corruption debriefing. In her report, Dean Liu pointed out that the progress of our law school had madeduring the period of 2014-2018, including: great improvement on comprehensive strengthin terms of discipline construction,national and provincial scientific research bases construction, teacher construction, academic research development,teaching system construction,academic exchange improvement,logistics support improvement and anti-corruption construction. At the same time, Dean Liu also pointed out that the hardware facilities could not keep up with the rapid development of the law school. She said that shewould continue to work hard to promote the hardware and software of the law school. At the end of the report, Dean Liu expressed her gratitude to the current members of the administrative leadership team and all the faculty and staff.

After Liu’s report, a comprehensive evaluation of the current leadership team and members was conducted. After the evaluation, the organizer of the Party Committee of the school, Lu Ling, read out the list of the participants who participated in the interview and survey conducted by the school administrative leadership team change committee. The interview and surveywas carried out in an orderly manner.

Finally, Secretary Mao Huixi emphasized that this year's administrative leadership team would be changed and the school inspections would be carried out at the same time. He pointe out that proper arrangement of the time according to the work plan to ensure the smooth progress of the re-election and inspection work would be of great importance. In 2019, the first faculty meeting of the administrative leadership of the School of Law successfully completed the established agenda.
