On May 11, 2019, the Education Forum of Law Graduates and the Inaugural Meeting of the Master of Law Education Center was held in Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. Professor Liu Yanhong was invited to attend the conference and was appointed as an adjunct professor at the Master of Laws Education Center.

The first stage of the conference was the inaugural meeting of the Master of Laws Education Center. Professor Liu Yanhong, Dean of the School of Law of Southeast University, delivered a speech. First of all, she congratulated the establishment of the Master of Laws Education Center and then thanked the Master of Laws Education Center for the trust of all part-time professors. She said that she will actively participate in the activities of the Law Master Education Center and wish the Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology's Master of Law Education Center better and better.

The second stage of the conference is the Graduate Education Forum, and Professor Liu Yanhong made a keynote speech. Professor Liu talked about his own views on the direction, mode and characteristics of the cultivation of Master of Laws. She proposed that the meteorology of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology is a national first-class discipline. It can be combined with law to form a unique legal master's degree.
