On the afternoon of May 16, 2019, Professor Liu Yanhong of our school was invited to hold an academic lecture entitled Legal Governance of Cyberspace at the Wendian Lecture Hall of Anhui University. The lecture was hosted by Professor Cheng Yanlei, Vice President of Anhui University. More than 200 students, undergraduates, postgraduates and doctoral students from Anhui University attended the lecture.

Professor Liu Yanhong first introduced the development of the Internet. Professor Liu gradually developed a segmented explanation based on the evolution of network technology as a symbol of the evolution of cyberspace anomie. She focused on the cybercrime objects and crime characteristics of the Internet 1.0 era, the Internet 2.0 era, and the Internet 3.0 era, and elaborates on the specific legal challenges facing the Internet era.

During the lecture, the students actively interacted with Professor Liu Yanhong and the atmosphere was very active. Professor Liu’s lectures played an active role in further understanding of the legal governance of cyberspace and achieved the desired results.
