On May 15, 2019, Professor Xu Duoqi from the Law School of Fudan University held a lecture in our school named “The International Pattern of Cross-border Mobile Regulation of Personal Data and China's Coping Strategies”. The content of this lecture is the basic contradiction between data protection and the free flow of data. The lecture was presided over by Professor Wang Lusheng of our school.

Professor Xu had a heated academic discussion with the teachers and students who participated in the lecture, and answered the questions of teachers and students. This lecture has both an international perspective and local thinking. It not only combs the international frontier dynamics, but also analyzes the existing practices in China.
