Professor Liu Lianjun pointed out that China's Constitution has created the image of up to 24 kinds of people based on functional identity and other standards, which were different from the images in the Western Constitution. He added that comparing the difference between the Chinese and Western constitutions could benefit for the study of constitutional law in China.

Through this forum, the role of the constitutional administrative law scholars in our school has once again been highlighted, and the scope of academic exchanges in our school has been further expanded.
