On June 17, 2019, Researcher Wang Lusheng, Deputy Dean of Southeast University Law School, Associate Professor Feng Yuqing and several doctoral students went to Jiangsu Xinshiyun Technology Co., Ltd. Sina Court Channel to discuss the electronic delivery related projects. Experts from the Sina Court Channel and experts from the China Electronics Technology Standardization Institute participated in the talks.
Researcher Wang Lusheng, deputy dean of theSoutheast UniversityLawSchool, presided over the discussion and exchange on the cooperation points of the project. Experts of Sina Court Channel introduced services related to electronic delivery, including electronic delivery assistance services, unified electronic delivery platform and other contents. Experts of national key R&D project 4 introduced the relevant issues of the “Research on Multi-channel Electronic Delivery Technology for Highly Reliable and Traceable Judicial Documents”, including the delivery documents, delivery addresses and the contents of the whole process. Experts have actively discussed issues such as improving the successrate of electronic delivery and real-name certification.
