In order to improve the city's procuratorate police capacity and level, and promote the high quality of judicial handling, on the morning of June 28, the Procuratorate of Lianyungang City held a lecture in 2019, and Liu Yanhong, dean of Southeast University Law School, was invited to give lectures. Song Xianglin, secretary of the party group and procurator of the city, led the city's procuratorate to participate in the lecture. For a long time, Professor Liu has been devoted herself to the theory of criminal establishment and the study of criminal law interpretation. In today's lectures, Professor Liu started from three aspects: What is the criminal law and moderation, Why should we persist in moderation and How to achieve the criminal law and moderation. This lecture is very instructive, and let the police officers benefit a lot.
