From July 6th to 14th, 2019, Professor Huang Zhe of our school accepted the invitation of Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Germany, to teach the Comparative Contract Law course for senior students of law school. The course consists of 42 hours and 3 credits. A total of 23 German students enrolled in the course.

Professor Huang compared the contract law system between China and Germany and taught under the Chinese contract law. It specifically teaches the history and development of China's contract law, the basic principles of contract law, the establishment and effectiveness of contracts, contract performance (including performance defense, contract preservation and contract changes), contract termination and liability for breach of contract.

Professor Huang’s lectures were meticulous and meticulous, and the students benefited a lot. The lecture was a complete success.
