On July 12, 2019, the third and fourth procuratorates of Nantong City jointly organized the training of the Analysis of Criminal Charges in the wisdom zone of the development zone. The training invited Professor Chen Hongbing from the Law School of Southeast University to teach Theory and Practice of Economics and Duty Crimes. The course closely combined with many cases, and combed and analyzed the key crimes of economic and job crimes in the criminal law.

In the course, Professor Chen made a detailed analysis of the understanding and application of key crimes such as production and sales of counterfeit goods, financial fraud and corruption and bribery. Professor Chen used a large number of criminal law concepts and theories to explain related crimes.

Professor Chen interacted with the participants in the classroom to discuss and answer the confusions and problems encountered in the handling of related crimes. Professor Chen's class showed his profound theoretical foundation and rich research results. The training benefited the participants and achieved good results.
