On July 19-20, 2019,the Third Cyberspace Academic Seminar was held at Nanjing University. The theme of this seminar is “Strategy of Great Power Relations and Cyberspace”. Nearly 40 leaders, experts and scholars from the National Informatization Expert Advisory Committee, the International Cooperation Bureau of the Central Network Office, the Asia-Pacific Development Research Center of Nanjing University, the Law School of Southeast University, and the Law School of Xiamen University attended the meeting.Professor Xiao Bing and Associate Professor Chen Daoying of our institute were invited to participate in this seminar.

Professor Xiao Bing served as the moderator of the third unit International System and International Norms of Cyberspace. Associate Professor Chen Daoying made a keynote speech entitled Legal Governance and Improvement of Illegal and Harmful Information on the Internet in China.
