On August 23, 2019, from 9:00 to 12:00, Associate Professor Liu Qichuan was invited to explain The Regulations on Open Government Information for the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation.

Associate Professor Liu Qichuancombined with his research experience of the revised The Regulations on Open Government Information in 2008, explained the historical development, revision background and revision ideas, revision highlights and institutional innovation of the government information disclosure system in China. At the same time, he combined the problems encountered in administrative management and judicial practice to explain the internal legal, practical and coping strategies of each clause. The lecture was successfully completed and won the praise of the participants.
