On August 14, Professor Chen Hongbing from the Law School  of Southeast University was invited to give a special lecture to the Jiangsu Provincial Procuratorate College on the theme of “Theory and Practice of Economic Crimes”. All the students of the “331 Young Talents” of the Taizhou Procuratorate participated in the course.

In this lecture, Professor Chen Hongbing sorted out the key crimes in the field of economic crime in the Criminal Law. He mainly explained and analyzed the following crimes: production and sale of counterfeit goods, smuggling, destruction of financial management order, financial fraud, and infringement of intellectual property rights. He also misunderstood the market order and other crimes. He also taught the basic concepts of criminal law, and provided many new ideas and new perspectives for economic crime inspection.

During the course , Professor Chen contacted the difficult problems and classic cases in the judicial practice, actively interacted with the procurators who participated in the course, and the curriculum atmosphere was active. The course was well received by the participants.
