On August 29, 2019, the inaugural meeting of the Social Construction Decision-making Advisory Group of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress and the first expert consultation meeting were held. At the meeting, Professor Li Chuan of our hospital was appointed by the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Jiangsu Province. The experts of the construction consulting expert group will provide decision-making consulting services for the Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress and its Standing Committee to perform their duties according to law. At the meeting, Professor Li Chuan of our hospital also made a decision in combination with his own professionalism and actively offered suggestions for the work of the Social Construction Committee.

        The Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee's decision-making advisory expert library is to improve the legislative quality and supervision level of the Provincial People's Congress and its Standing Committee, promote the scientific and democratic decision-making, and further give play to the role of experts and scholars in the performance of the NPC's staff in the law.         Professor Li Chuan participated in the drafting of the Regulations on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency in Jiangsu Province organized by the Provincial People's Congress in 2016-2017. He has done a lot of work for the drafting, research and demonstration of the Bill. The regulations pioneered a three-level prevention system, and there are many innovative and scientific regulations that meet the needs of the new era and the characteristics of our province in terms of campus bullying, network rights protection, nursing bases and specialized school construction, and have received wide attention. Professor Li Chuan was employed by the decision-making expert of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress. He once again explained the continuous improvement of the social influence of our hospital, and also demonstrated the academic superiority and research strength of our institute.
