         First of all, Associate Professor Gu Dasong, according to the characteristics of the network car, is the platform economy of “one point access, full network operation”, and believes that it is necessary to “tailor-made” network car management mode. Associate Professor Gu Dasong believes that four aspects should be emphasized: The first is the management of two types of platforms, namely the carrier platform and the non-carrier platform. How are the responsibilities of the two types of platforms divided?         Finally, Associate Professor Gu Dasong believes that the current network car supervision policy should pay attention to six directions, and then guide the network car industry to develop in an orderly and healthier manner. First, encourage platform competition and orderly development; second, the platform is unreasonable to unilateral development, and should promote the transformation to car-free carriers through the formulation and implementation of regulatory policies; third, use price policies and use price intervention mechanisms to improve road resources.
