International Symposium on Corruption Governance in Transition Countries Successfully Held at Southeast University

From September 14 to 15, 2019, the International Symposium on Corruption Governance in Transitional Countries was held in the Sipinglou Campus of Southeast University. The conference was hosted by the Anti-Corruption Rule of Law Research Center of Southeast University of Jiangsu University and the Institute of Law of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, and the School of Law of Southeast University and the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Southeast University (Supervisory Office). The company is co-organized by Beijing Junzejun (Nanjing) Law Firm.

The meeting consisted of the opening ceremony, the theme discussion, and the closing ceremony. The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Liu Yanhong, Director of the Anti-Corruption Law Research Center of Southeast University and Dean of the Law School of Southeast University. Mr. Yuan Qiguo, executive vice president and secretary general of the China Integrity Legal Research Association, and Dr. Sun Guoxiang, deputy director of the Academic Committee of the Anti-Corruption Rule of Law Research Center of the Southeast University, respectively, to examine the characteristics of the supervision law respectively. The road is the keynote speech. The theme discussion session consists of five themes: “Chinese and Foreign Anti-corruption Criminal Legislation”, “Anti-corruption International Cooperation Mechanism”, “Anti-corruption Criminal Policy”, “Corporate Corruption Prevention Mechanism Construction” and “National Supervision System Reform and Perfection”. The experts discussed the corruption governance in transition countries. The experience has been a wonderful and in-depth discussion. The closing ceremony of the conference was presided over by Secretary Mao Huixi, Secretary of the Party Committee of Southeast University Law School. The key research base of Jiangsu University Philosophy and Philosophy, the deputy director of the Anti-corruption Law Research Center of Southeast University, and Professor Yin Ji of Southeast University Law School made a summary of the meeting.

The theme of the seminar on corruption governance experience in the transitional country actively responded to the requirements of the era of anti-corruption, explored the latest research results in the process, dilemma and outlets of the anti-corruption process at home and abroad, and enhanced the domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the anti-corruption academic research. Mutual understanding. The successful convening of this conference provided a platform and opportunity for the understanding and reference of anti-corruption cooperation and governance experience among countries, and provided assistance for anti-corruption governance.
