 On September 28, 2019, the second Criminal Law Forum of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law was held at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization International Judicial Exchange and Cooperation Training Base. The theme of this forum is Study on the Crimes in New Economic Activities, which is mainly discussed. Crimes in the areas of lending, blockchain technology, internet finance, mobile payments, virtual currency, etc. From Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, China Law Journal, Jilin University, Southeast University, East China University of Political Science and Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, China University of Political Science and Law, Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Nankai University, Zhejiang University, Suzhou Dozens of experts and scholars from universities and Anhui universities participated in the forum. Professor Ouyang Benxi from our institute was invited to participate in this forum to discuss the crimes in the new economic activities with the experts.

         From the perspective of Internet financial crime prevention, Professor Ouyang Bingyi of our hospital made a special report on Discussion on Establishing Criminal Compliance System for Internet Financial Enterprises. The report mainly includes the following contents: Criminal compliance is a criminal risk prevention system centered on self-management of enterprises, and can play a more significant corporate crime prevention effect than other methods. For Internet finance companies, criminal compliance can reduce the criminal risk of enterprises from the source, enhance the ability of enterprises to resist criminal risks, and help the safe and healthy development of Internet financial enterprises. Internet finance companies can achieve corporate criminal compliance by establishing criminalized prevention standards, delineating comprehensive prevention scopes, and building a complete prevention system. The report has a clear-cut view, is convinced, and is recognized by the experts at the meeting.
