On the morning of October 15, 2019, Xu Yan, secretary of the Party Committee of Dalian Maritime University Law School, visited our institute for investigation. Mao Huixi, secretary of the party committee, Gao Ge, deputy secretary of the party committee, and Dong Guozhen, secretary of the party committee, received the visitors.

At the research meeting, Secretary Mao first expressed warm welcome to Xu Yan and her entourage on behalf of the law school and all the teachers and students! He focused on the development history of our institute from weak to strong, especially since the establishment of the institute, Zhou Youyong and Liu Yanhong have served as deans and led the college teachers to gather together and concentrate on scientific research and development.Secretary Mao also introduced the school's cross-type, team-based, practical school philosophy and discipline characteristics as well as the young talent team, and expressed that the two law schools have the common characteristics of relying on strong engineering, and should strengthen exchanges with each other. And the two law schools shoule cooperate promote common development.
