On October 20, 2019, the 9th Yingsongnian Administrative Law Scholarship Award Ceremony, sponsored by the Board of the Song Songnian Administrative Law Foundation, undertaken by Anhui University, Anhui University Law School and Shanghai Jintiancheng (Hefei) Law Firm successfully held in Hefei, Anhui Province. Prof. Ying Songnian, a tenured professor of the China University of Political Science and Law, and professor Ma Huaide, president of the China University of Political Science and Law, attended the meeting . The 2019 Annual Meeting of the Institute of Administrative Law of the Chinese Law Society and 16 award-winning doctoral and master students participated in the award ceremony. The award ceremony was hosted by the Vice Chairman of the Board of the Song Songnian Administrative Law Fund and Professor Wang Zhouhu of the Northwest University of Political Science and Law.

The Yingsongian Administrative Law Fund is a scholarship fund initiated by the famous Chinese administrative jurist, Mr. Ying Songnian, together with a number of administrative law colleagues. The fund is derived from the donation of Professor Ying Songnian himself and relevant units and individuals.It aimedat encourageLaw graduates to study hard and to cultivate administrative rule of law talents and promote the construction of administrative rule of law and academic development in China. Since its establishment in 2005, the Yingsongian Administrative Law Scholarship has been successfully held for nine consecutive years, which has effectively promoted academic development and has far-reaching influence in society.
