On October 28, 2019, at the invitation of the Information Center of the Supreme People's Court, Xu Xiaochuan, a researcher of the Judicial Big Data Team of our institute, as the representative of the Judicial Big Data Research Base of the People's Court of Southeast University, rushed to the Intermediate People's Court of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Participated in the launching ceremony of the “Three-in-One” project of China Mobile Micro Court held by China Mobile Micro Court R&D Base.

         At the meeting, Xu Xiaochuan, associate researcher, represented the legal big data and artificial intelligence team of our institute, and attended the meeting of the Supreme People's Court Information Center, the Zhejiang Higher People's Court, and the Ningbo Intermediate People's Court, and participated in the construction of China Mobile Micro Court. Senior executives of high-tech Internet companies such as science and technology, as well as technical teams responsible for project development, reported on the overall thinking of the “three-in-one” construction.

         China Mobile Micro Court is an active exploration of the application of intelligent technology in China's courts and an important part of the strategy of building a smart court. In recent years, through the pilot construction of the Ningbo Intermediate People's Court, it has achieved remarkable results and is one of the landmark achievements of the “Wisdom Court”. The Judicial Big Data Team of Southeast University, as the leading research team in China, took on the design and construction of the 2.0 version of China Mobile Micro Court, which was recently promoted by the Information Center of the Supreme People's Court. With the convening of the China Mobile Micro Court “Trinity” project construction start-up meeting, it marks that the construction of the China Mobile Micro Court 2.0 version officially entered the implementation stage of the project. Our law big data and artificial intelligence team will continue to participate in the follow-up project construction process, provide advice and suggestions for the construction of China Mobile Micro Court, and continue to help China's judicial intelligence process and the continuous development of legal big data and legal artificial intelligence.
