Prof. Kafushi of Waseda University, Japan successfully held academic lectures at Southeast University Law School

On the evening of October 30, 2019, Prof. Kafik of Waseda University in Japan was invited to the School of Law of Southeast University to simulate the law in the law of “Human organization, human body composition, legal status of human body information and rules of its use”. The court held an academic lecture. The activity was presided over by Professor Liu Yanhong, Dean of the School of Law of Southeast University, and Associate Professor Liu Jianli was the translator. At the beginning of the lecture, Professor Kaifei started from the background of the problem. It introduces the legal issues that may arise in the context of the rapid development of cutting-edge medical technology. Let the students begin to examine the conflict between cutting-edge medical technology and law with a new attitude.

Professor Ka Fei then gave a detailed introduction on the problems of the human body, the legal status of the body, the separation of the human body, the composition of the human body, the information of the human body and the legal status of the body. Leading problems from practical cases and interacting with the students present, making everyone's different perspectives collide with academic sparks.

Professor Jia Fei pointed out that there are many similarities between medical law and bioethics. Jurists should not ignore the potential philosophical background and ethical background behind legal issues. When formulating laws and interpreting laws, medical staff, life sciences and society The public should also work together and participate. Legislation should be accelerated for grey areas not covered by law. Hard law and soft law are both good. Administrative law and civil law go ahead, while the regulation of criminal law involves the philosophical issue of human dignity. It is the property legal benefit or the health law benefit that destroys the human body's separation. For this problem, Professor Jia Fei not only listened to everyone's opinions but also quoted the opinion of the French scholar Jean Pierre Bo, and gave a detailed introduction to the dispute. . It is proposed that it cannot be simply defined as a person or thing, but that the problem is related to a new type of social legal benefit. Regarding the boundary of human organs or components of individual freedom of disposition, Professor Jia Fei advocated that the basis of division should be whether it is part that can be easily restored.

In this lecture, Prof. Jiafei is based on the problems brought about by the development of cutting-edge medical technology. From the different perspectives of philosophy, ethics and law, he expounded the important position of law in the field of science and technology.
