According to the provisions of the measures for the administration of legal research projects of Jiangsu provincial law society and the bidding announcement of legal research projects of Jiangsu provincial law society in 2019, after the review of the academic committee of Jiangsu provincial law society and the approval of Jiangsu provincial law society, on December 10, 2019, Jiangsu Provincial Law Society officially announced the list of legal research projects of Jiangsu provincial law society in 2019. This announcement included 11 key topics, 9 general topics, 4 Youth topics and 10 self selected topics. Among them, the research on criminal policy of judicial protection of private enterprises applied by President Liu Yanhong and the research on improving the operation mechanism of judicial power applied by Professor Yin Ji were approved as key projects; the research on innovation of international commercial dispute settlement mode applied by Associate Professor Yu Wenjie and the research on green principle applied by Vice President Shan Pingji were approved as general projects< The research on the radiation effect and its limits of the Civil Code > sub edition, the research on the legal regulation of personal information use in the context of the construction of smart city declared by Associate Professor Yang Jie, and the research on the judgment method of copyright infringement of video games in the perspective of limited rationality declared by associate researcher Xu Minchuan were selected as the projects.
