On April 26, 2020, the launching ceremony and Symposium of the horizontal project Research on the phenomenon of minors' Internet short video addiction and Research on Legal Regulations between Southeast University network security and legal research center and Nanjing Jun'an Legal Consulting Co., Ltd. were successfully held. Professor Ouyang Benqi, director of the network security and rule of law research center of Southeast University, associate professor Shan Pingji, Vice Dean of the school of law, Associate Professor Li Yuxing, deputy director and project leader of the network security and rule of law research center of Southeast University, and Associate Professor Liang yunbao, executive director of the research base for the prevention of juvenile delinquency and crime of Southeast University attended the project launching ceremony and seminar.

Li Guoguang, chairman of Nanjing Jun'an Legal Consulting Co., Ltd., and Li Yuxing, deputy director and project director of Southeast University network security and rule of law research center, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of the entrusting party and the entrusted party. Chairman Li Guoguang mainly introduced the original intention, social background, practical significance and research objectives of the project. Professor Ouyang Benqi, director of the network security and rule of law research center of Southeast University, mainly introduced the basic information of the research center, such as personnel composition, organizational structure, research focus, etc. On behalf of the law school, vice president Shan Pingji congratulated on the launch of the project and said that the law school would support the cooperation between the two sides.

During the meeting, more than 20 experts and guests from universities, government regulatory departments and enterprises conducted in-depth discussions on the development status of online short video, the impact of online short video on minors' values, the main responsibility of online platform, the boundary and intensity of government supervision, the technical, administrative and legal means of industry supervision, and the legality and effectiveness of government supervision. The participants expressed their opinions and spoke freely, and the atmosphere for discussion was warm and fruitful.          

It is reported that the network security and rule of law research center of Southeast University is a demonstration research base jointly built by the central network information office and Southeast University, which is committed to the basic theory and legal application research of network security and rule of law.
