On June 1, sponsored by the expert committee of China Information Security Law Conference and the network information office of Jilin provincial Party committee, organized by Suzhou information security law research center and the network security law research center of the third Institute of public security, and co organized by the National Engineering Laboratory of network event early warning and Prevention technology and the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of public security, the seminar on the third anniversary of the implementation of the network security law and the network Seminar on frontier legal issues of safety law was held. Chen Daoying, associate professor of our college, was invited to attend the meeting.

The conference took the form of online conference, which was divided into two stages: live video and conference discussion. Experts and scholars at the meeting conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the overall review and Prospect of the third anniversary of the implementation of the network security law, personal information protection, data legislation, important data identification standards, etc.

In January 2019, our institute was approved to establish the research center of network security and rule of law of Southeast University. Chen Daoying, associate professor, participated in the conference on behalf of the center, which further promoted the exchange and cooperation between the center and other domestic network security and rule of law research institutions.
