On June 8, Mr. Ji Yang of our college was invited to participate in the national young criminal law scholars online lecture series. The theme of this lecture is regulating the judicial application of the theory of protection purpose, which is mainly led by Professor Li Bo, associate professor of engineering and master's supervisor of Ocean University of China, Professor of law of Peking University, Professor Ji Yang of our college, Professor of Law School of Wuhan University, and professor he Ronggong, editor of law review.

Academic activities lasted from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. after Li Bo's wonderful one and a half hours' explanation, according to the lecture content of Li Bo, Mr. Ji Yang commented on the original intention of introducing normative protection purpose, the systematic position of normative protection purpose in the general theory of criminal law and the generalization of the theoretical function of normative protection purpose; in addition, Mr. Ji Yang commented on what is normative ”The evaluation of objective imputation itself and the significance of normative protection purpose theory in practice express their different opinions in the theory of normative protection purpose.
