On the morning of June 22, Professor Yin Ji of our hospital was invited to give a special lecture on Application of criminal procedure rules of the people's Procuratorate to all the procurators of Sihong County People's Procuratorate. Professor Yin Ji closely follows the revised criminal procedure and its rules, and makes a systematic interpretation from six aspects: fully implementing the judicial responsibility system, strengthening the human rights protection, the reform mechanism of arrest and prosecution reorganization, improving the leniency system of confession and punishment, the procedure of juvenile criminal cases and the improvement of the rules.

In the course of teaching, Professor Yin Ji, in accordance with the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the political and legal work conference of the Central Committee and the National Conference of procurators general, closely combined with the reality of the current judicial reform and procuratorial work, went into simple and simple terms, combined theory with practice, and conducted classroom interactive exchanges with the heads of many procuratorial departments of the hospital, which was unanimously praised by the procurators.
