Xu Jinhui, member of the Standing Committee of the municipal Party committee, Secretary of the political and Legal Committee of the municipal Party committee and President of the municipal law society, and Li Yusheng, vice president of the provincial court, inaugurated the Bankruptcy Law Research Association of the Nanjing law society. Some deputies to the national and provincial people's congresses, members of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference, leaders of the Beijing bankruptcy law society, the Shanghai law society, the municipal procuratorate, the development and Reform Commission, the Judicial Bureau, the Finance Bureau, the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission, the market supervision Bureau, the local financial supervision bureau, and the tax bureau, experts and scholars in relevant fields of Nanjing University, Southeast University, Nanjing Normal University, and Nanjing University of Finance and economics, and the city's failure The person in charge of the association of property managers attended the unveiling ceremony. When presiding over the opening ceremony of the Nanjing bankruptcy court, Secretary Xu Jinhui pointed out that the establishment of the bankruptcy court is conducive to promoting the marketization, rule of law, specialization and information construction of the bankruptcy trial. At the following symposium, representatives, experts, scholars and leaders of practical departments discussed and exchanged in-depth about bankruptcy trial in the perspective of legal business environment, and provided suggestions for the construction and development of Nanjing bankruptcy court and Nanjing law society bankruptcy law research society.            

Shan Pingji, associate professor of our college, warmly congratulated the establishment of Nanjing bankruptcy court and the Bankruptcy Law Research Association of Nanjing law society, and hoped to continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the two academies on the research of bankruptcy law and the training of talents in bankruptcy law. In novel coronavirus pneumonia, Dan Pingji, deputy professor in his speech, said that the importance of bankruptcy trial is more prominent in the context of normalization of the new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention and control. In bankruptcy trial, we should pay attention to the professional and comprehensive characteristics of bankruptcy cases. We should distinguish between the cases in the trial prescription, the rate of closing cases and the professional staffing, and should focus on the role of the bankruptcy reorganization system. At the same time, we should strengthen theoretical research in the aspects of execution to bankruptcy, affiliated enterprise bankruptcy, cross-border bankruptcy and personal bankruptcy, so as to boost the bankruptcy trial practice. This activity is conducive to expanding the influence of related disciplines of our college.
