This experience of studying abroad will be A precious life experience.

Regarding the topic selection of the graduation thesis and the matters needing attention in writing, Mr. Ren Danli introduced the basic evaluation method of Dean Liu Yanhong to the thesis-the five-look method of the thesis. Five look refers to the title, frame, notes, key chapters and references of the paper. The title of the thesis should be paid attention to when selecting the topic. The topic should be selected early, and the research direction should be established at the time of research. The problems studied in the thesis should be aimed at real problems, and the size of the topic should be properly grasped. The most important aspect of the framework is the creation of the thesis catalog. The chapter titles should echo the thesis title and advance in layers. In terms of annotations, Dean Liu emphasized that the literature should be cited as much as possible within five years, and only the classics should be cited outside five years. It is necessary to pay attention to the timeliness of the literature. The key chapters need to pay attention to the writing of the conclusion sections, and the argument should be well-founded. References must correspond to the notes cited earlier, and the number of citations for monographs, papers, and cases should meet the college's writing requirements.

The teachers and students of the Civil and Commercial Law Teaching and Research Office exchanged views on two aspects of overseas exchanges and graduation thesis writing. The teachers shared their own dry goods about overseas exchanges and writing papers, and encouraged students to put their minds and overcome difficulties during the epidemic.
