In order to improve the academic quality of doctoral students, enhance the communication between doctoral students and their supervisors, and consolidate their academic achievements during the period of epidemic prevention at home, in addition to the online communication with the tutors during the period of home epidemic prevention, the offline monthly meeting of tutors of our hospital has started normally since April of 2020 spring semester. At the same time, to meet the learning needs of students during the epidemic, the monthly meeting of tutors was gradually changed into weekly meeting of tutors, increasing the frequency of offline guidance.

The first monthly (weekly) meeting of tutors was held at the beginning of the semester, that is, on April 13; the last meeting was held on June 30 before the holiday, with a total of 7 times. This semester's tutor monthly (weekly) meeting is an open meeting for doctoral students of the whole college, not limited to criminal law major; it pays attention to the teaching of legal methodology, rather than the right and wrong of specific views. At the macro level, it guides the writing methods of law papers, exercises students' problem consciousness, and at the micro level, it gives guidance to every paper of students from the aspects of topic selection, frame structure and writing logic. And guide the students to discuss the point of view.            

The weekly meeting of tutors was still held as scheduled. During the tutor weekly meeting, a very unforgettable thing happened to the students. On the morning of June 15, 2020, a red warning rainstorm appeared in Jiangning District of Nanjing, with heavy rain and vast rain curtain, almost blocking people's sight. Just as the students were worried about the safety of driving on the road and whether the weekly meeting of tutors was still held as scheduled, the teacher arrived on time. Every Monday morning, the weekly meeting of tutors, which can not be moved by the wind or the rain, is deeply branded in the hearts of the students.            

One minute on the meeting, the next week, the forum week after week, thinking never stop. This semester's tutor monthly (weekly) meeting not only enables doctoral students to clarify the writing methods of academic papers and improve their writing enthusiasm, but also, more importantly, to build a dam for academic paper writing, to put an end to the new epidemic of academic inertia during their stay at home, and to maintain their determination in academic thinking. I believe that students in the future academic road, there must be regardless of the wind and rain, for academic still forward perseverance and calm.
