On the afternoon of July 2, Professor Yin Ji of our hospital was invited to give a special lecture on the application of criminal procedure rules of the people's Procuratorate for all the prosecutors in Tongshan District People's Procuratorate of Xuzhou City.

Focusing on the revised criminal procedure and its rules, Professor Yin Ji has made a systematic interpretation from six aspects: fully implementing the judicial responsibility system, strengthening the protection of human rights, reforming the mechanism of arrest and prosecution reorganization, improving the leniency system of confession and punishment, the procedure of juvenile criminal cases and the improvement of the rules. Zhou Dongsheng, procurator general of the court, presided over the lecture.            

According to the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the political and legal work conference of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the National Conference of procurators general, Professor Yin Ji spoke in simple terms, combined theory with practice, and had classroom interaction with the heads of several procuratorial departments of the hospital, which was highly praised by prosecutors.
