On July 10, 2020, the Supreme People's Procuratorate issued a notice on the establishment of procuratorial theory research topics. Among them, two research projects of civil procuratorial research base of Southeast University were successfully approved, which were Research on building a judicial law system for minors with hierarchical treatment as the core applied by Professor Liu Yanhong of Law School of Southeast University, and Professor Liu Lianjun“ Comparative study on the constitutional orientation and specific functions of procuratorial organs was approved as a major project of comparative study on procuratorial system.            

The application and successful project of the procuratorial theory research project of the Supreme People's Procuratorate fully reflects the importance of the theoretical research and the comprehensive strength of the basic disciplines in the civil procuratorial research base of our college, which helps to promote the further development of the civil procuratorial theory and make corresponding contributions to the socialist procuratorial cause with Chinese characteristics.
