On September 2, 2020, according to the announcement of Nanjing Intermediate People's Court on the public selection and appointment of specially invited mediation organizations and mediators, the Nanjing Intermediate People's Court of Jiangsu Province announced the list of specially invited mediation organizations and mediators to be appointed by Nanjing Intermediate People's court after qualification examination. Associate professor Yi Bo of our college was appointed as the specially invited mediator of Nanjing Intermediate People's court Relief workers.            

The purpose of the selection and appointment of specially invited mediation organizations and mediators is to improve the diversified dispute resolution mechanism, quickly and efficiently resolve conflicts and disputes, and promote the division of complicated and simple cases. In recent years, our college has always adhered to the concept of university serving the society, and has undertaken the role of think tank for the construction of rule of law in Jiangsu Province. The appointment of Associate Professor Yi Bo of our college highlights the strength of our high-quality legal teachers team, which will help solve non litigation conflicts and disputes in Nanjing Intermediate People's court, and jointly escort the construction of rule of law in Jiangsu and China under the rule of law.
