On September 3, 2020, the Urban Governance Office of Gaochun District of Nanjing organized the on-site meeting of Nanjing Public Committee members to observe the joint law enforcement activities of urban police in Gaochun district. As a member of the public, Associate Professor Liu Qichuan, deputy secretary and vice president of the college, was invited to attend and give comments and guidance.            

Since June 2019, Chunxi street, Gaochun District, based on the comprehensive administrative law enforcement brigade of the street, has established a joint urban police service working group with the traffic police department and the special patrol police brigade to try out the joint law enforcement mode of urban police. The joint law enforcement mode of urban police increases the width of law enforcement, enriches the means of law enforcement, improves the efficiency of law enforcement, and realizes the seamless connection between digital monitoring and front-line law enforcement.
