On September 13, 2020, Professor Liu Lianjun of our college attended the first legislative frontier workshop and the academic seminar of the 20th anniversary of the passing of the legislative law and the 5th anniversary of the legislation on the expansion of the city with districts. The meeting was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province and co sponsored by Zhejiang Institute of legal system, Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Legislative Research Institute, Zhejiang University Legislative Research Institute, and constitutional and Local Legislation Research Association of Zhejiang law society. More than 30 experts from scientific research institutes of some universities and law working committees of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress attended the meeting and spoke. A number of legislators and researchers participated in the online video conference.            

The seminar consists of opening ceremony, keynote speech and keynote speech of three units, closing ceremony and other links. The participants had a warm and full discussion on the theme of new development and new problems of relevant legislation since the 20th anniversary of the passing of the legislative law and the 5th anniversary of the expansion of the city with districts.
