On September 17, 2020, Professor Yin Ji, director of the civil procuratorial research center of Southeast University, was invited to hold a special lecture on internal supervision and restriction of procuratorial organs and application of case handling rules in Shuyang people's Procuratorate. Professor Yin Ji analyzed the reasons and characteristics of the sharp increase in violations of law and discipline by procuratorial personnel in the past two years, put forward the idea and system design that the decentralization judicial reform should match with the internal supervision and restriction mechanism, proposed the problems and Countermeasures of the vertical and horizontal supervision of the procuratorial business, analyzed the risk points in the procuratorial organs' law enforcement and handling cases, and put forward the preventive measures Discussion.
