On November 7, 2020, two doctors, Shi Wen and Tong Yunfeng, from the network security and law research center of the Chinese Academy of law, were invited to participate in the Third China data Law Summit Forum sponsored by the network governance and data information law research association of Shanghai law society, and co hosted by the data law research center of East China University of political science and law, the Internet Law Research Institute and the intellectual property and Competition Law Research Institute of Shanghai Jiaotong University The conference was successfully held in Renaissance Shanghai Dragon Dream Hotel.
The forum is closely related to the theme of the times and responds to the social concerns. It is divided into two parts: keynote speech and special discussion. A total of 138 invited guests attended the forum, and 165 professionals from the industry attended the forum online simultaneously. Leaders from the National Working Committee of legal person law, Shanghai Economic and Information Commission, Shanghai law society and other departments, well-known scholars from East China University of political science and law, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Renmin University of China, Southeast University and other institutions of higher learning as well as experts from various practical circles gathered to discuss the topic of conflict and coordination between personal information protection and data element market construction.

In the morning, the agenda of the forum was divided into the first half and the second half. Seven experts made in-depth discussions on the topic of the impact and challenge of data element market on personal insurance law.

Two doctors of our hospital actively spoke at the meeting and discussed the personal information and data protection issues with relevant experts, which were fully affirmed by experts and scholars attending the meeting.
