From November 12 to 13, 2020, the academic seminar on modernization of judicial system and judicial capacity in the new era jointly organized by the China Institute of modernization of the rule of law of Nanjing Normal University and the higher people's Court of Jiangsu Province was held in Nanjing. Jiang Bixin, Hu Yunteng, Gong Pixiang, Bian Jianlin and other well-known justices and dozens of litigation law scholars attended the meeting, offering suggestions for further promoting the modernization of the judicial governance system and judicial governance capacity, and studying and exploring the development law of China's legal modernization.

As the director of the civil prosecutorial research center of Southeast University, Professor Yin Ji of our college was invited to be the speaker of the special topic Research on the modernization of the judicial system. He made brilliant comments on the reports of the five speakers.

Professor Yu Lishen of our college submitted an academic paper Discussion on the mode of incidental judicial review of illegal acts of administrative counterpart to the conference, and made a report and speech on the topic of Research on comprehensive supporting reform of judicial responsibility system.
