On November 14, 2020, the establishment meeting and 2020 annual meeting of the Maritime Law Research Association of Jiangsu provincial law society were held in Nanjing Huashan Hotel. More than 100 experts and scholars from the higher people's Court of Jiangsu Province, the judicial department of Jiangsu Province, the maritime administration of Jiangsu Province, the intermediate people's Court of Nanjing, the Nanjing maritime court, the law society of Jiangsu Province, the bar association of Jiangsu Province and other state organs and social organizations, as well as from Nanjing University, Southeast University, Dalian Maritime University, Shanghai Maritime University and other institutions of higher learning attended the meeting. The agenda of the meeting is divided into three parts, including the election agenda, keynote report and academic discussion. In the keynote report of the conference, Chu Beiping, Dean of the Law School of Dalian Maritime University, song Xiao, Professor of Nanjing University, Li Yalin, President of the Fourth Department of the people's Court of Jiangsu Province, and Li Bin, deputy secretary of the Party group of the Nanjing maritime court, respectively discussed frontier issues in the revision of maritime law, several difficult problems in the application of foreign-related maritime law, strengthening mechanism construction and adhering to the rule guidance, so as to promote international maritime justice One belt, one road, and one difficult way to solve maritime problems is a special report made by Jiangsu in the context of construction.
