On September 27, 2020, the National Office of Philosophy and Social Science announced the list of 2020 NSF annual projects and youth projects, including 363 key projects, 3,184 general projects, and 1,078 youth projects.
Among the annual projects of NSF in 2020, Research on the Systematic Improvement of the Linking Mechanism of Supervision and Prosecution Supervision led by Professor Yin Ji of NSF was awarded the key project, and The Interpretation of Contracted Land Rights System in the Application of <Civil Code> supported by Associate Professor Shan Pingji was awarded the general project.
The research on the application of depository receipts information disclosure standard in the context of the implementation of the new Securities Law, led by Mr. Yu Tao, and the research on the application dilemma and the way out of the intentional guardianship clause of the Civil Code, supported by Mr. Wang Wei Ling, were awarded the Youth Project of the NSFC in 2020.
The NSFC's Later Grant Program mainly supports outstanding research results in the field of basic research in the humanities and social sciences that are more than 80% complete and have not yet been published, and aims to encourage workers in the humanities and social sciences to devote themselves to scholarship, solid research and more outstanding results, so as to further exert the exemplary role of NSFC in promoting the prosperity of the philosophical and social sciences in China. The establishment of this social science project is a strong evidence of the scientific research strength of our young faculty, which is conducive to the further stimulation of the scientific research enthusiasm of our excellent faculty, the creation of a favorable academic environment, and the enhancement of the overall scientific research core competitiveness of the school, thus adding bricks and tiles to promote the innovative development of legal research.
