On December 2, 2020, Associate Professor Liu Qichuan was invited by Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Justice to conduct a training for Nanjing city liaison officers on the optimization of business environment by rule of law. Associate Professor Liu Qichuan gave a high-level lecture with practical operation and theoretical guidance to Nanjing city liaison officers on the topic of Optimizing Business Environment by Law: Effectiveness, Problems and Amendment Solutions - Jiangsu Province as an Example, which lasted for more than two hours.

Associate Professor Liu Qichuan explained systematically and thoroughly the realistic effect of optimizing the business environment, the rule of law dilemma and the correction plan from the perspective of rule of law from five aspects: the development of the rule of law of business environment in China, the experience of Jiangsu Province in the rule of law of business environment, the rule of law dilemma of optimizing the business environment, the rule of law focus of optimizing the business environment, and the rule of law solution of optimizing the business environment.

Associate Professor Liu Qichuan's lecture was well received by the participants, who all expressed a new understanding and profound knowledge of optimizing the business environment. Through this training, not only can provide action plans for Nanjing's functional departments to optimize the rule of law business environment, but also provide a solid theoretical framework for the comprehensive rule of law.
