On March 9, 2020, the Supreme People's Procuratorate held a launching ceremony for procuratorial organs to carry out the pilot work of lawyers' Internet marking, opened the Internet marking system, and promoted lawyers' marking from on-site marking to online marking. At present, the Supreme People's Procuratorate has selected Shanghai, Anhui and Chongqing to carry out pilot projects. Professor Yin Ji, a national expert in procuratorial work and a civil procuratorial research base of Southeast University, was invited to receive an interview with procuratorial daily, fully affirming the value of the pilot work of lawyers' Internet marking.

Professor Yin Ji said that the pilot work has various values. It is not only convenient for lawyers to read papers, but also helps to reduce the client's travel expenses and litigation costs. At the same time, it can further promote the cooperation between prosecutors and lawyers. The research and development of procuratorial business application system, from serving procuratorial and judicial cases to serving both internal and external, shows the procuratorial responsibility and innovative spirit in the new era.
