On the afternoon of March 19, 2021, the seminar on the understanding and application of the criminal law amendment (11), sponsored by the Criminal Law Research Association of Jiangsu law society and undertaken by the people's Procuratorate of Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, was held in the procuratorate of Yuhua District, Nanjing. More than 30 experts and scholars from Nanjing University, Southeast University, Nanjing Normal University, Suzhou University, Jiangsu Higher People's court and Jiangsu Provincial procuratorate attended the seminar.

Professor Yinji and Professor ouyangbenqi of our hospital were invited to attend the meeting and make keynote speeches. Professor Yin Ji's speech is the study on the protection of the personality rights of heroes and martyrs. Professor ouyangbenqi made a keynote speech on the tendency of severe punishment and its judicial restrictions of amendment (11) of criminal law.
