On April 8, 2021, the Youth Horse Project College Student Cadre Study Camp and the Rock Project exchange seminar were successfully held in our college. Before the meeting, Liu Qichuan, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice president of the College, paid much attention to the preparation of the meeting and gave careful guidance to the work. The meeting was presided over by Fei Qianqian, secretary of the Youth League Committee and counselor of undergraduate students, Guo Zongyu, counselor of postgraduate students, students in charge of various departments of the Youth League Committee, and members of the Youth Horse Project Student Cultivation Camp of the College participated in this meeting.

In the first stage of the meeting, Guo Zongyu, the counselor of the graduate student, led the members of the Youth Horse Project to study the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the mobilization meeting of the Party history study and education, and organized the students of the Youth Horse Project to talk about their recent experience of Party history study. At the same time, the students of the Youth Horse Project were organized to talk about their experiences in learning Party history for a period of time. After the students finished the report, Mr. Guo Zongyu pointed out that the key to learning Party history is to understand the power of truth and practice of Marxism from the extraordinary history of the Party. Finally, Mr. Guo encouraged the students to persistently use the latest achievements of the Party's innovative theory to arm their minds, guide their practice and promote their work.

In the second phase of the meeting, Zhao Yi, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee (Student), presented and summarized the progress of the declaration of the new Rock Plan. He believed that in the declaration work, firstly, we should pay attention to the overall planning, improve the theoretical height and innovation of the project, and fully mobilize the subjective initiative of each branch; secondly, we should pay attention to the integration of resources, strengthen the cooperation among branches and student organizations of the college, and fully realize the complementary resources; thirdly, we should pay attention to the feasibility, ensure the project can be fully implemented, and make it a special activity of Southeast University College of Law.

In the third stage of the meeting, Ms. Fei Qianqian, secretary of the Youth League Committee, after listening to the planning plans of various projects, fully affirmed the novelty of the declared projects, and gave targeted evaluation and improvement opinions to each project. Finally, Ms. Fei Qianqian made a key deployment for the work of the Youth League Committee in the next phase. She pointed out that the next work of the Youth League Committee should grasp the historical opportunity of the centenary of the founding of the Party, focus on strengthening ideological leadership, promote the Youth Horse Project, Rock Plan, Youth Learning and other brand projects to deepen and promote the work of the Youth League Committee. To promote the brand projects such as Youth Horse Project, Rock Plan and Youth Learning to deepen and develop, and continuously improve the leading power, organizational power, service power and contribution to the overall situation of the work of the league committee. At the same time, in the daily work, we should coordinate the arrangement of key projects and daily tasks, strengthen the guidance of the Youth League Committee to the Student Union, the Graduate Student Union, the Youth Talking and Spreading the Law and other student organizations, improve the overall level of student work in the college, and gather youthful wisdom and power for the internal development of the college.

It is reported that this meeting is the first lecture of the Youth Horse Project student cadre study camp in our college this semester. In the next step, our college will continue to promote the work of Youth Horse Project, and clearly take the scientific cultivation of young political talents with loyal political character, strong family sentiment, solid theoretical background, outstanding ability and quality, loyalty, forgiveness and character as the working goal. The goal of the work is to highlight the importance of training, focus on improving quality and efficiency, focus on the distinctive color of young political talents, and offer a gift to the centennial of the Party with the effectiveness of the training of excellent young political talents.
