From April 10 to 11, the 2nd PCG National Young Criminal Law Scholars Practice Forum was held in Shanghai. The forum was organized by the Criminal Law Research Center of Peking University, the Crime Research Center of Peking University and Beijing Yingke Law Firm, and hosted by the Editorial Department of East China University of Political Science and Law and co-organized by Peking University Press and the Editorial Department of Criminal Law Interpretation, with the theme of Theory and Practice of Causation. Prof. Ouyang Benqi, Prof. Li Chuan, Dr. Liu Shuangyang, Dr. Sun Rui and Ms. Liu Meng were invited to participate in the forum and had an in-depth discussion with the participants.

Prof. Li Chuan gave a speech on Controversy and clarification of causation of personal injury in medical intervention in the first module of the forum, Causation of personal crime.

Prof. Ouyang Benqi was the moderator of the second session of the forum, The causal relationship of job-related crimes, and made a detailed review of the speakers' reports.
