Huang Dawei, member of the Standing Committee and vice president of the Party committee of Southeast University, Cao Jinde, Dean of the school of mathematics of Southeast University, Mao Huixi, Secretary of the Party committee of the school of law of Southeast University, Liu Yanhong, director of the judicial big data base of the Supreme People's Court (Southeast University), Wang Lusheng, executive director, Feng Yuqing, deputy director, and Zhang Boli, director of the technology department, attended the reception and discussion.

First of all, David Huang, member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee and vice president of Southeast University, delivered a welcome speech. David Huang welcomed the arrival of academician Guo Lei and his party, briefly introduced the development of law school, and emphasized the achievements of interdisciplinary construction and judicial big data research in recent years.

Then, Yang Guanyu, vice president of School of computer science and engineering, Southeast University, gave a report on the active participation of Computer Science in the base construction and key R & D projects.

At the forum, Wang Lusheng, deputy director of Social Science Department of Southeast University and executive director of the base, Feng Yuqing, associate professor of Law School of Southeast University and deputy director of the base, and Zhang Baili, associate professor of computer science and Engineering School of Southeast University and director of Technology Department of the base, respectively gave reports on the work and achievements of the base in the fields of smart justice, smart prosecution and smart judicial administration.

With the theme of high starting point planning, large pattern construction and strong intelligent application, researcher Wang Lusheng introduced the work and achievements of the base in the construction of intelligent litigation service.

Associate Professor Feng Yuqing mainly introduced the work and achievements of the base in the field of intelligent procuratorial affairs construction from two aspects of social service and academic research, and demonstrated the achievements by taking the construction of false litigation procuratorial supervision system as an example.

Associate Professor Zhang Baili introduced the work and representative achievements of the base in the field of intelligent judicial administration from two aspects: providing decision support for the top-level design of intelligent justice and providing technical support for the practical application of intelligent justice.

Then, the participants exchanged and discussed the report on the work achievements of the judicial big data base.

After listening to the report, academician Guo Lei first fully affirmed the phased achievements of the judicial big data base of the Supreme People's Court (Southeast University). He said that the base faced the pain point of judicial administration business in the new era, organically combined the powerful macro guidance of the Supreme People's court, the solid application demonstration of Jiangsu Provincial Higher People's court, the effective organizational guarantee of Southeast University, and the scientific and technological support of computer and law disciplines, which fully demonstrated the breadth, depth and display of the base's scientific research achievements, and made its own characteristics We have made great impact and achieved good results.
