On May 8, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Professor Chen Hongbing of our hospital was invited to Suqian people's Procuratorate to give a special lecture on accomplice, causality, number of crimes identification for the criminal procuratorial officers and policemen of Suqian Municipal two-level procuratorate.

Professor Chen Hongbing introduced the case, systematically and detailedly combed the contents of joint crime, causality and result attribution, as well as the number of crimes and concurrence. During the 7-and-a-half-hour lecture, Professor Chen combined the theoretical premise of joint crime, types of accomplice, accomplice and identity, separation of accomplice, objective imputation theory, number of acts, construction of crime number theory system, continuing crime, concurrence of laws and imaginative concurrence with typical cases to interpret and analyze them one by one.

Learning is not practical and does not pay attention to China's practical problems. Lectures are certainly not popular with the practical circles. Professor Chen has always insisted on the deep integration of criminal law theory study and research with fresh cases, and the close combination with frontier issues. In the course of teaching, he has been constantly shuttling between criminal law theory and judicial cases, leading students to appreciate the secrets of criminal law. Professor Chen's comprehensive thinking and unique perspective provided new ideas for students to analyze problems and won wide praise from the students present.
