The fifteenth golden hammer Cup national Moot Court Competition was successfully held in Shanghai center from May 4, 2021 to May 5th. Ma Xiaowen, Li Siyu, Chen Shaoqiang, Tao Weijie, Zhai Hua and Liu haokai, the students of the civil prosecution base of Southeast University, who are the master students of law school in 2020, participated in the competition on behalf of Southeast University. Golden mallet Cup moot court competition is the only cross regional Moot Court Competition in East China. The competition was founded by the Law School of Shanghai University in May 2009, with the participation and guidance of Shanghai Law Society in 2019 and jointly held with Shanghai University in 2020. In recent years, the influence of the competition has been increasing. The participating universities not only cover most of the double first-class construction universities offering law majors in the Yangtze River Delta region, but also attract well-known universities in Shandong, Fujian and other places to participate and observe the competition. Due to the epidemic situation, this competition adopts a combination of online and offline forms, with a total of 21 colleges and Universities Participating, and each college has presented us a wonderful competition.

In this competition, the team of Southeast University, Tsinghua University and Fudan University are in the same group. In the dialogue between the strong and the strong, the students of our university calmly responded and finally won the best documentary award.
