In order to strengthen the ideological and political work of postgraduates and promote the high-quality development of postgraduate education in the new era, the university launched the cultivation and construction of the 2021 postgraduate ideological and political work projects in May this year. Recently, the Research and Development Department of the Party Committee announced the list of excellent projects for the ideological and political work of postgraduates in 2021, and the project of Party Building and Nurturing: One, Two Wings and Six Projects to Build a System for the Growth of Outstanding Rule of Law Leaders, which was led by Guo Zongyu, a postgraduate counselor of the College, was successfully selected. Mr. Mao Huixi, Secretary of the Party Committee, personally laid out the structure of the project declaration; Mr. Liu Qichuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the College, personally guided the writing of the project declaration and made a thorough deployment of the practical education work of the College. The participants of this excellent project of postgraduate thinking and political work also include the secretary of the Youth League Committee of the College, Mr. Fei Qianqian, and the deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee (students), Ma Jinfei.

The project of Party Building Soul and Professionalism: One Body, Two Wings and Six Projects to Create a System for the Growth of Excellent Rule of Law Talents, which was approved, adheres to the guidance of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era and Xi Jinping's Thought on Rule of Law, implements the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities. Combining with the actual professional characteristics of the college, the project summarizes and refines the diversified practical education system of one body, two wings and six projects, and cultivates outstanding leading talents in rule of law. The project will shape an integrated and cooperative system of practice education which is coordinated by the college, promoted by the whole staff and widely participated by teachers and students, adhere to the two wings of party building and professional-oriented, based on the four dimensions of value leadership, professional education, innovation and practice and quality improvement, and deeply integrate the ideological leadership, professional education and professional training. The project is based on the four dimensions of value leadership, professional education, innovative practice and quality improvement, deeply integrating the six projects of ideological leadership, social practice, volunteer service, labor education, innovation and entrepreneurship and professional training, making efforts in the construction of working system, innovation of system mechanism, expansion of platform and carrier, breakthrough of key difficulties, creation of nurturing brand and transformation and promotion of results, making practical moves in the quality of law graduate students' rootedness at the grassroots and forging of academic innovation ability, and comprehensively improving the effectiveness of practical education.

It is reported that the approved postgraduate ideological and political work projects are produced by the procedures of organization recommendation, qualification examination and expert selection, which have distinctive characteristics, stable continuity, good effectiveness and strong demonstration. The fact that our college was successfully approved in this project fully demonstrates the excellent style and solid effectiveness of our graduate students' political work. In the next step, the college will take the approval of the project as an opportunity to closely focus on the fundamental task of establishing moral education, integrate the project into the integrated pattern of party construction work, consolidate the foundation of practical education work, create an atmosphere of full promotion and universal participation, and strive to promote the effective implementation of the project of improving the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
