On the morning of June 11, 2021, President Sun Dongyu and Ms. Wang Shan from the academic-external branch of Law Press visited our college for research and exchange. The meeting was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Law School, and Vice President Xiong Zhanglin, Professor Ouyang Benqi, Professor Liu Lianjun, Associate Professor Qian Xiaoping and Teacher Yu Qingsong attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Xiong Zhanglin extended a warm welcome to President Sun Dongyu and his party, expressed his gratitude for the support of the publishing house, and introduced the academic library achievements of our college, the editorial department of Southeast Law, and other relevant situations of the college.  

Then, President Sun Dongyu expressed his pleasure to come to Southeast University College of Law, with which Southeast Law is a long-term partnership, and expressed his gratitude to the College for its support. President Sun introduced the development, positioning and future planning of the academic branch of the law publishing house, hoping to further develop in-depth cooperation with Southeast University Law School, and also hoping to understand the views and demands of our college on the publishing house in book publishing and other aspects, and also expecting the academic branch to become a high-end platform for academic and thought exchange.

Finally, both sides had an in-depth discussion on the publication in terms of content, editing, design and printing.

This meeting promoted the communication between our institute and the academic branch of the law publishing house, built a publishing research and exchange platform for the improvement of publication quality, and promoted the development of more refined and professional publications of both sides.
