From July 24 to July 25, 2021, Professor Chen Hongbing of our hospital was invited to Jiangsu fade Dongheng (Wuxi) law firm to give a lecture on criminal law with the theme of interpretation method of specific provisions of criminal law · analysis of key charges of economic crime. The lecture was presided over by lawyer Fu Shen, director of the criminal Department of France Germany Dongheng (Wuxi) law firm, and more than 50 lawyers and legal practitioners enthusiastically signed up.

Starting with the key crimes in economic crimes, focusing on case analysis and combined with the amendment of the criminal law amendment, Professor Chen Hongbing gave a detailed and wonderful account of 15 crimes, such as the crime of producing and selling fake and shoddy products, the crime of smuggling, the crime of credit card fraud, the crime of falsely issuing special invoices for value-added tax and the crime of illegal business operation. In addition, Professor Chen has taught the interpretation methods of criminal law from various angles and angles, and penetrated the essence of the general provisions of criminal law.

The lecture lasted for 2 days and a total of 14 hours, with a large amount of information and full of dry goods. Professor Chen Hongbing has always maintained high enthusiasm.
